I think CD-i Impa would be an interesting fighter despite her little source material. Maybe she could be an echo fighter for Gwonam? She serves the same purpose as him, so maybe she could use the same moves, but change them to be more like Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. Her playstyle could also be more ground-based to contrast Gwonam's air-based moveset, with Impa being heavier and slower, but having more range. Nspecial could be the crows that Omfac devours that move faster but don't bob up and down, Dspecial could use different Zelda CD-i characters, and Sspecial could be Impa teleporting with her Triforce of Wisdom as a reference the stage select/quick travel, going further than Gwonam's with larger range but leaves Impa open. Uspecial could just be the same as King Harkinian's, maybe trading vertical distance to horizontal.
