It's an off-world settlement created by humans. It's not anywhere near City 17 and you wouldn't be fighting the human resistance. Maybe the native fauna, but not humans.

What about a post-dis version of this map?
Say, multiple versions of this map exist. One of the post-dis versions is the stasis charge ending, where the facility is suffering from blackout and the structural integrity is low.
And the main meltdown ending, where the whole place is torn up (or maybe not do this one, you needed to 'vacate the solar system' to get away from the meltdown)

Or, even better, an update to this map that adds an evacuation sequence, expanding the endings more
