I looked at the latest comments, and I saw some of them mentioning this, but with no response.
EDIT:
I removed all the mods (had an ss ofc), uninstalled the game, removed all the file, reinstalled and installed only this and worked. Dunno how but it works on 1.2.12
EDIT: Reinstall didn't help. I just resign from using this mod, as it clearly doesnt like me :)
I had a similar problem but I didn't subscribe to this mod to appear in the first place, rather I had an archive of about 30 mods loaded before this one and then found this mod, installed it and ran it for the first time with no problems at all, and the archive loaded over and over again with no problems. But once again after a crash due to the troop preview model I can't use this mod anymore.
I'm just making a guess here, can't guarantee it's absolutely correct, this mod and ATC may have an unexpected and unspecified conflict. After my game crashed the settings or content of both mods may have changed in some way, and now neither of my mods are working properly.
Delete file C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs\BannerlordPlayerSettlement.debug.log
Windows deny accses to this file from the game if this log already exist
