This error is occurring because the game cannot properly load the Frackin' Universe SAIL screen. NEKI does not currently make any changes to this, so I'm unsure why this is happening.
Try going into the game, purposely causing this error, and then sharing your starbound.txt file located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\storage
I can use this file to see what causes the issue.
