Other kinds of mysterious occurrences have been reported in this forum and the comments section, but these are caused by other addons. It's certainly not part of the map itself. There are no hidden/random occurrences or other easter eggs to be found in this map.

1. gm_fork was released in 2014 and hasn't been updated since 2016
2. It's currently the 3rd most subscribed map on the GMod workshop
3. The source files are freely available and verifiably match the latest workshop version of the map, meaning anyone can see exactly how it was created
If anything like this was hidden in the map, it would surely have been found and proven a long time ago. But feel free to investigate it yourself if you don't want to take my word for it. There are plenty of tools at your disposal to see what the map is doing under the hood.
