Am I doing something wrong with the mending bench? [SOLVED]
I have a mending bench down, its full of repair tools, I place a Steel Heavy Hauberk (normal 48% tainted) in a stockpile zone next to the bench and try to order the pawn to interact with it, but it just says "Cannot mend armor: Missing 1x armor"

Do I need steel smithing research to repair it? Does it need a certain crafting skill? (best pawn is at 6 currently) Am I just stupid? Help would be appreciated

Looking deeper into this, it seems that the armour doesn't show up in the mend armour bill
Things like marine armour and flak jackets do, but the medieval stuff doesn't, is it just impossible to mend?

After even MORE looking around.... turns out all the armor is under "mend apparel"
I might be stupid but I also think thats very unintuitive and should be fixed
