MİSSİNG TAUNTS
When I was using it 1 or 2 years ago, there was no missing taunt, I even remember the day it came with an update, but now, for example, cheers taunt is not in the options or scotsman taunt is like that for most characters, please bring back the missing taunts, thank you.

yeah this stupid guy is one of my friend. this guy and I having the same problem.

i had a friend run into this issue as well, it turned out to be caused by a model replacement addon for the TF2 classes (though i don't remember which one) because the replacement models were missing the workshop animations.

try copy-pasting this command into the console:
whereis models/player/demo.mdl

if the TF2 class models are being replaced, it'll tell you which addon is responsible, so you can try disabling that addon and seeing if that fixes the problem.

Thank you very much my friend, I solved the problem but this solution took half of an animation I made to the trash. Thanks for the tf2 sfm characters but anyway, at least I have taunts now. Let's look at the bright side, I can't help but say that you are one of the best modders (:
