is calamity included in your mod list? calamity is also known to have incompatibilities with mods which may or may not include avalon

For some reason, Calamity stupidly conflicts with some mods and creates lags and an uncomfortable game experience.

There were many cases where we were requesting files every frame during runtime instead of storing them in memory when the mod is loaded, a lot of these have been fixed for the next update (likely 1.3.0.2).

If you're still experiencing bad lag after the next update to the mod, then please tell us more info about what may have been causing the lag, such as what you were doing when lagging, and what avalon content was on screen/being used at the time.

I have a lot of mods installed and this mod caused the game to lag even though my computer is pretty good. Removing this mod immediately fixed the lag. The lag is immediate and persistent upon entering the game, it's like the world is running 3 times slower.

full modlist please. it's probably a mod incompatability that can be fixed if we know what mod is causing it
