Make Lightning Explosions & Shark Explosions follow Unweld/Unfreeze Setting. That's been a problem with the first XTwisters.

This is just for the addon description: Add a list of Console Commands for Server Owners so they can put them in the Server Config. I would love that.

I found one before hand for tornado lightning, but I lost it. I can only seem to edit the XT2 config using commands.

Just like original XTwisters has the commands, but they all begin with XT or XTwisters so they arent too difficult to find.
