In a game as modular as gmod you need to do your due diligence and make sure an addon is not conflicting with a feature that isn't working properly in another. It's modding 101.

We cannot account for every addon that may conflict with a feature built using vanilla functions available to source mappers.

Given the feature seems to work for 99% of people who play on this map, you should disable all of your addons and try again.

If it works after, you know it's something you have installed and will need to track down to find out why. If it doesn't work after, that is out of our control, as this is built using completely stock functions available on all source engine games.
