Do I only need to enable "Weapon Sound Only - For Addons" that is from "Weapon Sound Expansions" mod?
Yes, that is the only mod requirement as it is used for all the implemented sounds. Therefore, you do not need to enable the main "Weapon Sound Expansions" mod.

What are the requirements for crafting recipes?
Default level requirements: Metalworking 6 and Aiming 2
  • Welder Mask
  • Screwdriver
  • 1x Metal Pipe
  • 4x Small Metal Sheet
