i would at least make the stats like 22 for the bullets replace smg is a pretty good idea but a bullet proof vest and breaks after one hit.... i would say it should at least break at about 23 hits and instead of bullet proof if it breaks it's like a razor back go back to supply to get another one...
and the secondary fire speed can speed up how fast you travel in water..... err... no thanks.

I think it should
+Replace sniper rifle
+Increase move speed by 100%
+Convert SMG into full-auto jarate cannon with 200 ammo
-Hitbox expanded by 300%

+Allows sniper to get invisible
+Sniper rifle has no sound and full kritz while invisible

Then he woud be like idk ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moving scout tank....:microraptor: with a minigun with jarate and just use a sniper rifle and charge it up with 20% of charge and what woud a sniper be if you combine the jarate cannon with bushwacka think of that for a sec.
