Witch Hunter Carrer Ability Bug
The Witch hunters Mark seems to propagate to allys and the player when using the Perk that lets it propagate with overkill damage. Seems like a bug

Are you using any other mods besides harmony and TOR? Someone else reported this a while back but when i tried it, i couldn't get it to replicate

im using faster leveling so that may be it, i will test it without

It happend without any additional mods although i didnt start a new save because it would take too long right now.
It seems to happen, when there are no other entitys to prpagate the mark to. I have also seen it propagate to allied troops in the same circumstance.
