I asked about skaven earlier today and he replied saying yes and that all factions will be playable i believe this will include the beastmen as well im sure it just takes alot of time and effort for something this massive

Dwarves and greenskins are already showcased to be the next major update, so i didnt mention them as they are not "planned", they're being worked on.

I guess that doesn't include high elves? Although the Eonir comes pretty close

Kislev yes, ogre kingdoms are nowhere near the old world.

As for ogre mercs, maybe, but not playable.
