How to get cannons?
The master Engineer in Nuln says that i can only get cannons if I serve an Elector Count. But Im a vassal of Karl Franz at the moment. Still wont sell me any. Do I need to do those prestige buys first?

Yes, you need to invest into his wares a few times first, 2 times for mortars, 3 for cannons

either is fine, but you need to be empire culture

No, elves dont use cannons.
