Yes, I replaced a Wight King campanion leading an army with a Lahmian.
I decided to reload and disband the party then reform it with the new lord. Worked fine, no crashes or issues.
Are there any known crashe like that one with the player forming their own kingdom and giving their companions fiefs to turn them into lords? Hoping to pre-emp any issues haha
