Winds of magic for Imperial College Wizard
Hi! Can you tell me how the Imperial Magician's perk works in the level 3 branch? According to the description, it should add 4 winds of magic to me for every imperial magister in the squad. I recruited 10 companions magicians from different schools of magic, but I didn't get any extra mana at all. Maybe the perk doesn't work the way I understand it?
