Can't buy Cannons
I have done the Nuln Master Engineer Quest and have even expanded his inventory the first time and he doesn't have cannons for sale. I have gotten 55 engineering skill, and have joined Franz as his vassal since I've done the quest and still no artillery of any kind being sold by him. Am I misunderstanding something?

You need to invest several times into him, mortars at tier 2, cannons at tier 3

I invested all the way and have cannons and grenades, but no grenade launcher is available to buy to shoot the grenades, how do I get that?
