Delberz Tavern Bug
I don't know if there's another taverns like this, but most of the tavern I visited is fine, this one has a bug and only 1 I've encountered so far.

When I visited the Tavern all the Townsman, Townswoman, Game Host, Tavern Keeper, Tavern Maid, etc. are gone except the 4 NPCs: The Ransom Broker, The Recruitable Companion, The Recruitable Mercenaries, and The Templar Witch Hunter (almost sounds like a walk into a bar joke lol). They only spawn at the front of the door everytime I visit the Tavern.

Hm thats odd, we'll take a look at it. I think rejoining the tavern should fix it though

Still the same, going back and forth, loading previous save, and even starting a new game
