i have no clue where i found it, i was just getting lost in a maze and i saw it near the floor out of the corner of my eye

Found it.

In the Horse Shoe-Room, before the maze, take the left fork.
Then take a Right, Left, Left, Right, Left which will lead to a corner. Look toward the floor behind you.

I also found another one in that chess area, it's hidden in the Rook Room

This looks like the same cipher as in the City, the back of the Chess Room, and in the hole where the King was. Uncracked.
