heres a more detailed explaining of the brain worm syringe, Brain worm or centipede syringe
the centipede basically half of serpent mutation except with legs and small arms in front for fangs that have acid syringe
brain worm turns human into 2 lower arms connected that when touched a persons head will burrow into head and then cause the human to attack other humans, the brain worm can get out of human but will result in humans demise, and also if you can maybe make it burrow into the ground through context menu with a bunch of upper torso [facing up] like a spreading biomass and if upper torso touches someone it will go over to the brain worm like conveyor and then get eaten by other hidden arms that are like teeth and if those arms touch someone that part of them gets disintegrated like cannibal mutation, it can be undone by context menu too, you can take your time i know u got school and sh**, inspired by limbo[video game]'s brain worms but the biomass part came out my @$$
