Either does not work with enhanced armaments, or fails to replace vanilla ammo

ptable["statType"] == 37 is "GeneticMaterialRefineBonus"
but
ptable["statType"] == 36 is the correct "IncreaseFabricationQuality"

So the security officer can't use with weapon level of 100 and Weaponsmith to create a Masterwork quality ammo box

@Shiny Leprechaun It seems to be working on my end: I can see the enhanced armament ammo boxes & they can be crafted with quality. Could you elaborate more in your issue?

@Jrant Thanks for the report! It is already fixed for this mod & the railgun one :D They probably changed the enum in one of the last updates :\

cant seem to craft masterwork ammo , no matter how good my crafting skills are
