Based on the fact that the Statue of Liberty is within the map bounds of both NYCity and SouthSide, we can figure that SouthSide is close southeast of NYCity. Oh and also according to the moon's position in all three maps, SouthSide has to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise. SouthSide's tunnel to Union Street is a bit of a problem since Union Street is dead in the center of UnionCity, unconnected to any tunnel, but we can assume that since there is no water in UnionCity, it's located east of NYCity and north of SouthSide.
Also Sleeping Hollow is the northern portion of the eastern half of this map, so I assume the Sleeping Hollow tunnel in SouthSide leads to UnionCity to lead you to the actual Sleeping Hollow in this map.
Also also, both NYCity and SouthSide have a Union Freeway tunnel, so I just assume this is a long freeway that manages to connect these two maps.
