Implement random attachments for ARC9
i think having random attachments upon spawning a new weapon would be awesome, ive been using a lot of arc9 weapons on a gun game gamemode with my friends and i think having random attachments would make it even better

i think arccw had a funtionality that randomized the weapons attachments everytime you gave yourself a weapons
