Get this error message when taking damage:

I've tested this addon with all other addons (aside from a single VOX pack and an addon to assign a VOX pack to a playermodel) and the issue persisted. Went as far as installing a different reupload of this addon and that other version works fine. So, what ever is wrong it is specific to this upload.
