This is an issue with the mods texture opacity, for some strange reason. This is an issue that's not even fixable in the config oddly enough. I'll see about exporting this mod and sifting through the mods texture files and see what's up. Probably an issue either with the code or texture assets.

The issue for me was having /gldevice:OpenGL in the Launch Options of Tmodloader. Removing that is what fixed it for me.
