Post more diseases that you want to be curable

Lovely you updated some diseases.

I think brain damage should also be curable, since biosculptor can heal brain scars.

Any hope for expanding the mod's scope to include More Injuries? Paralysis from that mod in particular is very annoying, because once it happens, it's just like "welp".

I don't seem to find any paralysis hediff in the mods files. Can you tell me how to get the paralysis?

"Encapsulated pathogen" feel like something that should be curable via a biosculptor.
Maybe "Migraine" too.
