Save VIP bug
When i try to save scientist VIP, he always has no actions.
So he can not move, and mission is locked.
No any mods, only needed for LW.

Please post your Launch.log file somewhere I can access it (like Pastebin). File location: Documents/My Games/XCOM2 War of the Chosen/XComGame/Logs

I believe the following worked for henrik:
  1. Unsubscribe from all mods
  2. Clear your user config files (under Documents\My Games...)
  3. Verify integrity of files for XCOM 2 in Steam
  4. Launch WOTC without any mods
  5. Resubscribe to LWOTC and its required mods
  6. Start the game
It's the nuclear option, but sometimes that's necessary.

Edit: Actually, this fixed a different issue, but I'm hopeful it will have fixed the VIP issue too.

i bet its a mod conflict, running smoothly so far, use AML Dude, default launcher is buggy af
