Area Suppression does not work properly when the first enemy to move in its turn is the suppressed target. I pinned down three targets, but the one directly suppressed by this ability always moves away without triggering reaction fire. Other enemies within the ability's range do not have this problem. I have enough ammo, and the target is in line of sight.
