How to modify .INI configs?
Anyone have tips on modifying the config files? In particular, in my case, to reduce the frequency of reinforcements? I'm finding the difficulty levels to be so disperate i'm just not enjoying this experience, but if I can just customize the reinforcements I think I can work with it.

I'd also love to reduce the degree to which the rocket launcher is inaccurate. Really strange to me that XCOM is giving rocket launchers to squaddies who barely know how to use the damn thing.

Ok I found some info, in case anyone else is interested in this. I managed to turn headshots and reinforcement flares back on in the higher difficulties pretty easily by editing XComLW_Overhaul.ini. Made some edits to the "speed" of enemy reinforcements but this is a little harder to tell if I did it right or edited the right thing or not. The file for me was in: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2683996590\Config
