The losts are lost
I played for a 3 game months, opened psy-ops, magnetic weapons, free one of the regions, but never saw losts. Is that a bug, or they appear later?

They are definitely there.

they definitely appear later than in vanilla, which is good. if you took a group of squaddies and rookies against LWotC Lost, there would be no chance of survival. if you haven't discovered why, i'll leave that surprise for you : )
