No infiltration percentage when on world map
I have been trying to figure out why I cant get the network mission to start. I was watching some videos and they all have the percentage of infiltration listed right on the world map and the ability to use the avenger right on an area. i have neither of these. It is a mod that does this or do I have a mod that is preventing this? I got rid of all the mods except for what is needed to rung LWOTC but had no luck. Please help this is so frustrating.

I had the same problem, the cause was that I enabled frame rate smoothing mid campaign. Twinux posted a solution in this thread https://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2683996590/3189113164077160590/ and it worked for me.

Small rundown:
1. delete all your config files (documents -> my games -> Xcom2 War of the Chosen -> Xcomgame -> Config ; then select all files and delete)
2. Restart the game at least 2 times (I did 3 times before reloading my save, but Twinux mentions 2 times as the minimum)
3. Load your saved game and everything should work again, at least for me it did.
4. make mental (or physical) note never to enable frame rate smoothing again :)

I ended up having to delete the entire game and redownload it. Working fine now. Thanks for the help though.
