I'll start. Although it may seem like hell to send a squad of 2 or 3 to extract a prisoner. Dont Fret! you aren't supposed to fight in these missions. Focus on high mobility and use a shinobi to scout ahead. Get in, get your prisoner, and get to Evac ASAP

i find that high mobility + scouting shinobi + Ever Vigilant ability on squad members is a way to beat those missions. but i send 4 member squads usually.
