Its compatible and uses the large blood textures that could only be used with the paint tool. The only issue is that there is no large alien blood texture so you get the stock ugly blood pool from the mod. If we can get Crunchy to add large alien blood textures it might make blood pools work universally for this mod. Either way try it out and thank you Crunchy for making yet another amazing blood mod. Sorry if this is wrong to shill another mod but I think it makes this 10x more fun to use.
