Maybe try to put all the settings to high

I remember having this issue many years ago, I think around 2014. Unfortunately I never really figured it out, the problem sort of went away on it's own. What you can try though, is enter "r_decals 4096" into the console. This will increase the maximum amount of decals allowed to 4096. Let me know how it goes.

yea i did work but... every time i quit gmod and replay it it removes all of my progress and all of my key binds (but not the original ones) and it removes the decal thing

That's definitely not an issue caused by this addon. You might want to do some digging man, I'm not sure what could mess with your game in that way.

It might be a rouge config file or autoexec?
Possibly an fps fixer addon?

I used this and i only got blood stains to work not only that but i got wireframes and i got rid of this mod and i still have wireframes please help!

I typed this into my console and booted up the same map, but no dice. I still have the same problem. Autoexec is empty, and i even disabled the fps booster.
