step 1: play map
step 2: spawn a whole bunch of citizens around the map
step 3: sneak around use any weapon to kill one of the citizens
step 4: drag their body into the basement and into the sewers or the weird catacombs area
step 5: dump the body into a location you think is good
step 6: repeat 3-5 until the population is gone
step 7: yipeeeeee!!!!!!
