there's an area with a blood trail that goes to an area that you can only access by noclipping, and there's a corpse t posing there

I was playing with a friend and we thought it was just a normal rp map. and there is a room with a mannequin, it is in like a t shaped tunnel and only processable with no clip and if you clip in with a certain angle you can see a npc just standing there. it's really confusing to me. i can not find a way to find it without no clipping. there is a hole next to the room but i can't find a way to see the mannequin or the person from it. so i have been messing around with that for a while.

I saw a shadow man that went into a building. I tried to look for him for about 20 minuets and saw nothing. Although I did see some lights flicker.

Dude, I'm telling you, it was the same one. Because when I went back to check, the T-posing model was gone.

I tried forcing the encounter again too...no luck on my end either.

I was exploring the map when I found a T shaped hall way above ground. A look around the area and find a room with an interior. I no-clip inside and I get teleported outside of the building. There is a small window and I look inside. I can see the cheaple module standing in front of the door. I go into the T shape hall way and go left where the other side of the building is. I look inside. The cheaple module is gone. I no-clip inside and I am not teleported outside. I go to interact with one of the doors in the room and then pick up a mannequin therefor jump scaring myself.
