The balance changes made to Goku was an assassination of some of Gokus coolest kill confirms. Goku became less flexible as a defensive character with the f-tilt nerf, for some reason most of his hitboxes are smaller when range wasn't an issue.

Some of his kill confirms were lost this patch, dash attack feels worse than normal and everything became harder and less free-form.
