Do a backup of the file you are going to modify, just in case
I found out myself, you go to the mod folder, where they always are "Steam \ steamapps \ common \ The Binding of Isaac Rebirth \ mods" and then the folder called "specialistforgooditem" inside that the "resources" folder, then the folder "the" and the file to be modified is "arcadespecalist.ogg" I don't really know what the other ogg file in the same folder is for or the two files in the "custommusic" folder.
what you have to do is download the song you want, cut it or something, I don't know. and then convert it to .ogg format and replace "arcadespecalist.ogg"

lo que hay que hacer es descargar la cancion que quieras, recortarla o algo, no se. y entonces convertirlo a formato .ogg y reemplazar "arcadespecalist.ogg"

You have to make sure it's the correct kind of OGG. I think maybe the file you tried to replace it with may be the wrong kind of OGG. I'm not an expert, so don't quote me on that!

With the mod config menu you can disable or enable it
it says "ignore curse of the blind" or something like that

edit: you need to download the mod config menu first, just search it in the workshop

sobre la musica, hay alguna forma de poner varias canciones que suenen aleatoriamente al encontrar un buen item?

so i have followed the readme to the T and still the normal music plays please advise

an easier way to change it is just change get the song you want into the ogg and just rename it to the main folder (\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\specialistforgooditems_2575911103\resources\the) to arcadespecalist and crackhousespecialist

Por si alguien lee esto a futuro: Si tu intención es solo cambiar la música de baile por UNA SOLA canción, pero tras leer las instrucciones no entendiste nada (qué corno es un ¨mod root¨???) basta con ir a la carpeta del mod (resources/the/custommusic) y reemplazar el archivo .OGG llamado ¨arcadespecalist¨ por tu música de preferencia (usando el mismo nombre obvio)
