Some crafting bills that should have been unlocked by Protective Clothing are not showing in my crafting station, for example Gloves, Boots and Padded Chausses. Can anyone confirm if this is a current issue with the mod, or if it's caused by a mod conflict?

I've tried checking this myself by removing all mods but Medieval Overhaul, but that ended up with the Bills button on my Tailoring Bench not working at all.

My current mods (excluding Medieval Overhaul and dependencies) are:
