Im trying to have a medieval playthrought that start with very difficult tribe, using VFE (Vanilla Factions Expanded - Tribals)

This other mod make you start with nothing, not even able to mine, not having basic furniture.

The issue is that Medieval Overhaul give tons of furniture, that arent hidden behind a research.

So while my early naked tribe try to research basic furniture, I can actually already make a research spot, etc. Also need planks for doors, which is an issue.

Does anyone who use this combo found a solution ?

PS: A possible solution would be to add Mediaval Overhaul mid game, after leaving the very early stage, but I dont know if its safe to add MO mid-save. But it will create other problems, like the factions not being on the map.
