i tired to intuitively replace on original vtf and vmt files in "demoman_head_original", but it only works with the given one, "demoman_enhanced_hwm"
and if someone can't get it how to replace, THERE'S A REALLY SIMPLE EXPLANATION WHAT TO DO: as author of this post said, right click on model > add override materials > right click on model again > show in element viewer > model > open section "materials" > find "demoman_enhanced_hwm" > right click on it > add element > string > type "$basetexture" (without quotes ofc) > hit enter > right click on this new created element, i mean click on the right side on the level of this element (horizontally, there's an empty place under this funky solid color bar of cloak tint) > paste "models\player\demo\demoman_head.vmt" there (without quotes)
if it doesn't work, make sure your sfm has verified files, or eventually matually update files if needed
