Values over 32767 completely stop regeneration from working. I don't know what's going on in the lua files, but it seems the max values are now being interpreted as signed 16-bit shorts instead of the integers from before. This means that if the value is set to 32768 or higher, the game interprets it as a negative number instead of a positive number. At least that's what I'm getting from the behaviour...
