You shouldn't choose Cry of Fear mode, use sandbox gamemode instead.

I have a question. Weren't there map packs for cry of fear someone else did, or maybe this can become? I truly apologize for asking but my disk space can only take so much, and downloading every map feels like too much.

Yes, and note that it is not needed to enable this gamemode (since it's just a placeholder)
