is it possible to move permaprops from one map to anoother?
ik it 99% possible, is there like a file for each map where position and angle of permapropped entities are stored?

It's stored in the garrysmod/sv.db file. If you use an application DB Browser, you can open this SQLite file and either copy all the entries with the new map name or just rename the map name on all the entries.
