It should be named Tolosa; and the provinces it controls could have Occitan names when Tolosa controls them, for instance :

Toulouse -> Tolosa
Foix -> Fois
Carcassonne -> Carcassona
Roussillion -> Rosselhon
Narbonnais -> Narbonés
Montpellier -> Montpelhièr
Rouergue -> Roèrgue
Vivarais -> Vivarés

If you want I can give you the name of all of the provinces within the French, Catalan / Aragonese, and Piedmontese regions. (Some of it will obviously be unchanged)
