You will see that in the section: "Admin Menu" > "Survivors Commands" > "Next" > "Fun Commands" > "Speak". There you will have each dialogue that is repeated for each survivors. This is not like a vocalizer, that is, you choose the name of the file and put it with the speak command.
You can find the audio files of each survivors in the "Left 4 Dead 2 / left4dead2 / sound / survivors" folder.
