The mesh is found very rarely at military locations, mega zombie drops, and airdrops. The components are made from items found across the map: gyroscope, phone, and defibrillator battery. Gyroscope at the construction site, UPhoneXIV at the mall's tech store, and the defibrillator battery in the hospital or the mall's hospital location. All of the resources to make the components can also be found underground in the deadzone.
