So many of the rare items needed to make the horde beacon spawn in the mall. The Hedical store can spawn defibrillator batteries and chemicals. The tech store (and now offices too) can spawn graphics cards, phones, and telescopes. Rubber, rope, tape, and all different scrap spawns there. The only green crystal on the map is there too. Not to mention how close the demolition site is for the gyroscopes.

If the objective is to have the player constantly explore to find the items needed, maybe less of it should spawn in the mall. It certainly helps stop people from camping the hospital and keeping you from the loot completely, but it just seems like too good of a spot. I feel like a second green crystal could be added to the area under the dorms, or maybe in the floating house. The green crystal is just king of the hill for who has control.
