You can go into settings and disable default killmoves. If you have killmove packs, then you can change the chances of them playing.

When you mean that, do you mean you only want to change the original killomves chances? If so I don't think you can change that.

i mean i would like to be able to select all individual moves i want and dont want to happen

I believe it's impossible to select individual moves
